The BBQ Pit Boys show you how to barbecue up two tender and juicy 4lb. chickens on the grill, Beer Can Chicken Style. And, it’s real easy to do. All you need for this barbecue chicken recipe favorite is two cans of beer (or water if you must), salad oil dressing, 1 onion, salt, pepper, and any favorite basting sauce, such as our garlic butter with soy sauce. Fire up your grill to 325-350f, and in as little as 2 hours you will be dancing right along with the roasters, as their tender and juicy meat falls off the bones. You can print out this BBQ Pit Boys recipe at www.BBQPitBoys.com —

“Like to stuff a little onion in the cavities of them chickens…helps ‘em do the dancin.”
‘Beer Can Chicken’ sounds like the name of a make believe blues-man from the 1920′s.
OH daddy!
LOL Hank Hill does exist…..
I saw the face.. I think it’s Elvis!!
This video, made me, Salivate…=)
his name was chucky.
Who let Hank Hill leave comments???
Honestly, as much as I love these guys, I think beer can chicken is one of the most over-rated cooking ideas ever. Not to mention the having the thought of ink and metal penetrating the meat I consume.
So delicious.
Yeah, why not also put a lb a sugar in the cavity too?
Heck yea ah’m ready to eat!
try using dr pepper its awesome
Hank Hill is that you ?
lol
dude picka a can with little print on it and wash exterior w soap before use…. I work in printing and let me tell you there are alot of standards in place for inks in north america.. more than the actual chickens your eating lol thats why you should worry more about getting a good fresh chicken than the can. You can also wrap the exterior of can with aluminum foil just to be 100%
You must use those china knives cuz you are such a knife savant!
Get back with me on the ducks. I’ve got to try this. I’ve got so many ducks I’m tripping over them and they eat as much as a horse.
Another GREAT VIDEO! We were looking for a good beer can recipe and technique!
Thanks and hello from Montreal!
