The only ‘disaster’ I can remember is that last week I tried to do stuffed peppers, but I got impatient and pulled it out of the oven before it was soft enough for the skin to be removed. Would have tasted much better if I could have pulled the skin.

woohoo, finally some cooking! …with awesome! *sigh* I’ve been so neglectful of my cooking

Mmmmm!!
I never thought I’d be able to eat vegetarian, but recipes like this make me think I could actually manage without meat for a day or two!
Nice to see you again Morgan! :)

So great to see a video from you!!
I will totally make this recipe. Lately I’ve been experimenting with broccoli and spaghetti together, also just with olive oil and garlic, but this looks way more delectable than what I’ve managed to do so far. Yum.

Your hair is darker… I like it. :)

WOW I didn’t know how much I missed hearing your intro and outtro! It’s good to see you back again!
I liked this dish. I made something similar with Penne pasta and tossed all the ingredients in a non stick pan with the cheese to melt. Not vegan, but still very good!

MISSED YOU, MORGAN!! I love your hair! :) I also love how you explain the purpose of removing the skin and the seeds. And how you give a clean, succinct yet clear play by play of the process!

pandapandax June 13, 2010 at 6:39 pm

@flawedartist hahaha yessss! I’ve been living off of stir-fry for the past few weeks since I came back from college

flawedartist June 13, 2010 at 6:43 pm

@pandapandax I actually do an obscene amount of asian-style cooking. Good idea, for sure.

pandapandax June 13, 2010 at 7:32 pm

You should do some stir-fry recipes! :D both vegan and vegetarian, maybe involving water chestnuts and broccoli? I’m running out of ideas for sauces to use and I’m trying to find/make lower fat/caloric sauces

brianific June 13, 2010 at 8:26 pm

@flawedartist Haha it looks good, though I miss the red. Was it natural?

jgordon707 June 13, 2010 at 8:36 pm
