The only ‘disaster’ I can remember is that last week I tried to do stuffed peppers, but I got impatient and pulled it out of the oven before it was soft enough for the skin to be removed. Would have tasted much better if I could have pulled the skin.

I will totally make this recipe. Lately I’ve been experimenting with broccoli and spaghetti together, also just with olive oil and garlic, but this looks way more delectable than what I’ve managed to do so far. Yum.

I liked this dish. I made something similar with Penne pasta and tossed all the ingredients in a non stick pan with the cheese to melt. Not vegan, but still very good!

both vegan and vegetarian, maybe involving water chestnuts and broccoli? I’m running out of ideas for sauces to use and I’m trying to find/make lower fat/caloric sauces
