There’s no better eating than barbecue chicken served hot off the grill. Watch the BBQ Pit Boys show you how easy it is to make a classic chicken marinade and mopping sauce and then use it to grill up some real tasty and juicy chicken. They also demonstrate the technique called the “indirect grilling method” for this old-time barbecue chicken recipe.

What’s the significance of using eggs? Does it do something flavor or texture related?
1st, they cooked it indirect, which takes a little longer, but makes the meat more tender and juicy. 2nd, steaks take less time, because they aren’t as thick and you don’t have to cook them all the way. Git r done.
Well I’m afraid they will have a hard time finding any there. Alternatively, they could get some “cevapi” from a Polish store, but it ain’t the same. Maybe we should make a video response and show them how to make “mititei” on the grill.
AMEN PREACH IT. We used the bowl the yucky raw chicken juice was in to put the cooked ones in and im here to write this. By the way, we made the pork bomb and it was hmmmmmmmmmmm good.
No shit eh? I hear chicken blood goes well as an au jus with roast beef. Mmmmmm!
