Hi I tried making the cheesecake but it turned out soft and it taste more like a cheese spread with a strong lemon taste. Do you know what could have gone wrong?

OnePotChefShow June 12, 2012 at 10:45 pm

You need to use sweetened, otherwise the cheesecake won’t have any sweetness ;)

I used ordinary condensed milk not sweetened, does that matter?

Any plain sweet cookies will do. Graham Crackers, Digestives, Milk Arrowroot biscuits, depending on where you live in the world ;)
