Pani Puri Recipe by Manjula, Indian Vegetarian Cooking

Ingredients Pani (Spicy Water) 1 cup mint leaves (Pudina) 2 to 4 green chilies (adjust to taste) 3 tablespoons tamarind paste (Imli) 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon black salt 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste) 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder 1/8 teaspoon asafetida (Hing) 1 tablespoon roasted cumin seed powder 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste) 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 4 cups water (adjust to taste) Puris: 1/4 cup All Purpose flour (Maida or Plain Flour) 3/4 cup fine Sooji (Semolina Flour) 1/2 cup water (as needed)

could u tell me manjula ji why its happen when ever i fry paani pori always be crispy but after removing from oil it always become soft ..why…i have asked u befor but u didnt give me answer

dear majula ji aap mujhe bataaygi ke mai jab bhi paani pori banati hon tu talne k foran baad wo bhut crispy aur ache ban jaate hai …but thori dair k baad wo naram ho jaate hai wo?

instead of using normal water ….we must use cabonated water ( DRINKING SODA) Puri will defenetly crispy ………….no doubt about it………..i have a business of it

ppl might surely be having problem with their PURIS as in the video they never showed the use of clubsoda to the mixture here and the maida is also too much that is being used here.

If puri is fried on hoigh heat ot they are roll thick puri will not be crispy.

i was thinking to make pani poori was difficultt, but really the method of explaining makes the receipi very easy to make

Can be few different reasons, puries were rolled very thin, cloth was too wet or too dry, oil was not hot enough.
