I made this once years ago after watching this Video. My family still say that its the best Ras Malai they have ever tasted. now I am watching it again cuz my new sister in law is Pregnant and she is Craving it. when she knew from my Bro that i can make it, se came to me shouting .. XD

Manjula ji, main japani ladki fun. mari mum ne japan me pahli bar indian mithai banai, apka recipe se. Yeh bahut achi lagi! khub acchi recipe ham ko bata karne me bahut shkriya!

aur apse ek puchuna chahti hun ki is milk ka fat kitne % hai?

I made this and it was really awesome thanxx… but the only thing is that my Rasgullas turned really hard and were not juicy… i dunno wat went wrong….

Cardamom is also know as (Elaichi). Cardamoms give distinct sweet, pleasing and slightly lemon like flavor.
