Firstly, ACE hardware took their time about shipping this product to me, which is very disturbing because I had a bus-load of ants running all over my kitchen, kitchen bathroom and pantry. I have pets and I was worried for them. I am supposedly allergic to ant bites. So I definitely needed this stuff fast and I don’t think ACE shipped it until a week after I ordered it. I keep my house clean, however for some reason I believe the ants were after my pets’ dry food. The ants were running circles all over my pets’ automatic feeders. None-the-less, after a week the ants were still going strong. It seemed that they were slowing down, then a new string of them came along going into the 2nd week of usage. Basically, I got some Hot Shot 3 (in the blue top; silver can) and sprayed like crazy. It killed the ants on contact as promised on the can. I do not see any new ants. The can promises that it will kill up to 3 months. I believe it. I would go with the Hot Shot 3 (in the blue top; silver can) before purchasing any more of this liquid Terro.

As my title said, this item may only works EFFECTIVELY in USA, but worldwide? I think this company only wants money and sells terrible products because I waited for 4 hours and not a single ant has fallen into this bait. Thank you for wasting my time and money (this product $$ + Shipping from USA – Kuwait via FedEx = $28)

I bought these based on so many positive reviews. I cannot agree.
We have had the traps out for 1+ weeks and like one of the other reviews, the traps seemed to attract more ants and never killed any.
Further, is the manufacturer trying to save money by making the bait so thin? Of the 6 traps we used, only 3 stayed in tact long enough to measure success. A simple touch and the bait is EVERYWHERE. What a mess. What a waste of time and my money.
I am glad to hear about another effective product – Combat Gel. The name seems to explain everything Terro is not.

During this winter, we have ants all over the house. It is quite frustrating because the more you kill, the more they came back. After reading all the good reviews here, I’ve decided to give this product for a try and I was impressed. After putting it out for a few minutes, the ants took the bait by force. After 4 hours, they came by wave. After one full day, they were almost wiped out. I wish that I’ve known product earlier. I wish they have similar product for mouse.
