On Friday 12/05/08 the price was $27.24. On Sunday when I checked again, it had shot up to $44.00!!

Was going to put this on my wish list for a xmas gift. Now so overpriced its not worth it. Not sure if this is a reflection on Amazon and their new policies. With all the bailouts you would think that prices would be going down or stay within reason, not get overpriced. Thumbs way down and no purchase.

Bought my 2 nissan’s after the item said in stock and then received notice that it was 1 1/2 month delay. Actually had about 25 day delay. A bit surprising that they came in a plain white box and one had a noticiable ding in the cup. I don’t think this happened in shipping based on the good packaging. The other I did not examine before giving as a Christmas gift. Happy enough that I didn’t bother with a return.

The instructions included with this thermos state: Always wash the bottle by hand. Dishwashers can damage it.

Not too bad although not the same workmanship that I had been accustomed to experience by previous Nissan products
