My two favorites are the Stuffed Jalapeño Cheese and the Bacon Burger!

Lightening Bacon Cheeseburger
1-1/2 lbs. regular ground beef,
1 small onion, finely diced.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro,
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard,
1-1/2 tablespoons Morton Hot Salt,
8 slices bacon,
4 slices Cheddar cheese,
4 sesame seed burger buns.
In a large bowl combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cilantro, Dijon mustard and Morton Hot Salt. Mix well. Place each burger between sheets of parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour to allow the meat to set. In a fry pan, over medium-high heat, fry the bacon sprinkling each slice of bacon lightly with Morton Hot Salt on both sides, until crisp. Remove from pan and pat dry with paper towel to remove excess fat. Set aside and keep warm. Prepare all of your remaining burger garnishes and condiments and set aside. Preheat grill to medium-high. . Sprinkle burgers with Morton Hot Salt, on both sides to season. On a well seasoned grill, grill the burgers for 4 to 5 minutes per side with the grill lid open, until fully cooked. Ground meats should be cooked to well-done, a minimum 160° F internal temperature. Top grilled burgers with cooked Hot Salt seasoned bacon and Cheddar cheese, reduce grill heat to low, close lid and allow the cheese to melt for approximately 1 minute. At the same time toast the burger buns. Top each bun with bacon cheeseburgers and garnish with your favorite burger toppings including lettuce, red onion, pickles and tomato. Serve with crispy French fries seasoned with Morton Hot Salt and Cole Slaw.

Surf and Turf Burgers with Spicy Caramelized Mayo
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 large onion, finely chopped
* 1 small shallot, minced
* 1 teaspoon purchased red curry paste
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing or light mayonnaise dressing
* 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
* 4 ounces peeled and cooked baby shrimp, chopped
* 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
* 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 4 large onion or sesame Kaiser rolls, split
* Lettuce (optional)
* Sliced tomatoes (optional)
* Sweet pickle slices (optional)
To make spicy caramelized Mayo, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onion in hot oil for 7 minutes or until browned (caramelized), stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Add shallot and curry paste; cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl; cover and chill. Stir mayonnaise or salad dressing into chilled onion mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Combine ground beef, shrimp, dill, sea salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties about 1 inch thick.
Place burger patties on the lightly oiled rack of the grill directly over medium heat. Grill for 18 to 23 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in centers register 160 degree F, turning burgers once halfway through grilling.
Toast rolls on grill, if desired; serve burgers on rolls. Top with some of the Spicy Caramelized Mayo, and, if desired, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and sweet pickle slices. Makes 4 burgers.
Make Ahead: Make the Spicy Caramelized Mayo up to 3 days ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Test Kitchen Tip: The internal color of a burger is not a reliable doneness indicator. A beef patty cooked to 160F is safe, regardless of color. To measure the doneness of a patty, insert an instant-read thermometer through the side of the patty to a depth of 2 to 3 inches.

I make burgers as you would normally but add different flavours through different chutneys! Bloody hansom then, gives em a lovely flavour, especially if your cooking them on a bbq!
I created my own recipe by accident. I had hamburger meat in the fridge and some red wine spilled in it. I didn’t want to waste the meat so I experimented with it. I added some garlic power, red onion (minced), season salt and cut up some cheese and mixed it all together. They came out great and it was something VERY different. I know some people will put onion soup mix in their hamburger too. You can always add a dash of Tabasco for spice. I say play around and experiment and have fun doing it.
ok here is what do and everyone loves them! get lean ground beef 90/10. start by adding salt pepper a tbsp. of spicy brown mustard. Then add soy sauce about 1/3 cup. finely chop 2 scallions add that. If u find that the liquid seems to be to much and the meat is mushy add a tiny bit a bread crumbs that usually does the trick. Also, try using monterey jack cheese instead of plain old american. I hope u enjoy them!!!
